● We achieved an outstanding ticket reopening rate of only 1.9%, a reflection of our commitment to comprehensive issue resolution.
● We maintained seamless operations with zero downtime attributed to
failures, repairs, or security issues, ensuring uninterrupted workflow

Total Projected Cost Savings

● Projected IT Savings: Our projected IT savings reached an impressive $3.7 million, highlighting the efficiency and effectiveness of our solutions.
● Actual Savings Achievement: We attained an exceptional 80% realization of projected savings, supporting the accuracy and reliability of our cost-saving projections.
● Breakdown of Savings:
● 60% savings was derived from hardware optimizations, guaranteeing peak performance and durability.
● 30% of the savings were results of strategic software implementations and optimizations, enhancing efficiency and functionality.

This groundbreaking educational initiative invites students and educators to dive deep into the cosmos by building their own virtual universes, using real scientific data to explore the mysteries of space.

The "Build A Universe" Project

 The "Build A Universe" project is an ambitious educational tool designed to help students and educators understand the intricate processes of the universe. By utilizing real cosmological data and state-of-the-art simulation tools, participants can create a virtual universe, exploring how different variables such as dark matter, dark energy, and the laws of physics shape the cosmos. This project not only serves as a powerful educational resource but also ignites curiosity and a passion for space science in the next generation of astronomers, physicists, and engineers.

Our Role in the Project

GMG World Media worked closely with NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center to develop the project’s web presence, ensuring that it was user-friendly, visually engaging, and effectively communicated the educational value of the BAU project. One of the key contributions GMG World Media brought to the project was the seamless integration of complex data visualization tools into the BAU platform.
